I throw this on top of my 60 minute Cardio routine & i'm good to go. I couldn't do much more after that.0

I've never really did strength exercises so just for fun I did all those things you've listed and boy was that exhilarating!

Push Ups: 50
Sit Ups: 25
Crunches: 10
Leg Raises: 10
Planks: 15 Seconds

Omg, I jumped in on Day 2 and I did it all wrong but I still did it..
squats 50
push ups 10
sit ups 20
crunches 20
leg raises 15
planks 1min
and I added in jumping jacks 50
(completed all at one time)
Sorry I will do Day 3 correctly....0 -

My thighs are still hurting from day 3. I've completed everything except for the squats. I'll try and knock them out before bed.0

Legs are a little wobbly, but the biggest issue is the pushups. I am TERRIBLE at them...great form though :happy:0 -
