Lunch just a few minutes ago: 3 slices center cut bacon. San Luis Sourdough cracked wheat bread (long loaf), toasted. Half an avocado. Mayo. Tomatoes with salt and pepper. Diet coke.

150g edamame
117g of oven roasted broccoli, tossed in
1.5 tsp of sesame oil
1 tbs rice vinegar
2 tbs soy sauce
=447 cals (bonus that I couldn't finish it, and will therefore have free calories later/tomorrow).0 -

celery salad with garlic roasted chickpeas, walnuts, and crumbled parmesan. baked veggie chicken strips with dipping sauce (i didn't actually have the sauce - i just made it for my boyfriend) and a few cherry tomatoes.

veggie delight w/ sweet onion sauce in a rushed day!
diced apples, oranges and mangoes, topped with natural yogurt and raisins for lunch!
