I started my weight loss journey two weeks back weighing at 157.3 lbs. The end of first week, I had lost 2.2 lbs and weighed 155 lbs. But since then, its been 4 days since my last weigh in and I have not lost any weight at all. Is this normal? I have increased walking time and well within my calorie limits. Should'nt I be losing more weight right at the beginning? Feeling low and depressed!0 -

Well it definitely hasn't been a consistent pace, but rounding it out over the last almost 14 months...

I've lost 52.6 in 210 days which I work out at about 0.25 lb's a day. It's been slower recently and I'm nearly at the half way point but I expect the second half to take way longer.0

244lbs - 195lbs (49lbs lost) in 167 days, 21 hours, 28 minutes and 25 seconds
for the first month i lost about 1.25Kg every 7 days. then it slowed with recomposition.
average of 0.29 lbs a day over the near 6 months
have hit several plateau's in the last 2 months and currently haven't lost any weight scale wise in 2 weeks but body is shrinking and changing and more muscle is coming in.
Starting Body fat around 40%
Current Body fat roughly 27.5%
Starting BMI was ??? over 34 i think
Current has been stagnant around 29 for months
I use a biometric scale to judge these percentages so they are guarenteed to not be really accurate. Visually is all i worry about most of the time and there's definate considerable change.0 -

I'm too lazy to do the math but in the beginning it was very fast, about 10 lbs a month. It started slowing down. Now its maybe .5 lbs a week. If that. I just had 6 weeks of nothing. But i'll get there. Eventually.0

Hey everyone my weight loss from march has been 20kilos, I only started taking it seriously two months ago the weight has started dripping off so quick now. 6 days in the gym and two times of zumba and cardio jam with a health lifestyle, didn't know it would be so easy!!! well done everyone0

I lost 25lbs in 160 days = .16 lbs/day. I hit a 2 month plateau a few months ago....but I came out of it when I switched up my workout routines. 20 lbs to go...more than halfway there! :0)0
