I love days I work out in the morning because now I have 1325 left for the day!!!!!!!!!!! Probably won't make all of those since I've already had breakfast but I love the feeling that I have so much room left. My neice says she wants to lose weight but she whines that food just tastes so good, she couldn't not eat. I try to explain eat the right stuff- it's still tastes good but you won't be snacky and if you get off your lazy *kitten* you can treat yourself once in awhile and STILL lose weight. She has two small children that she cannot keep up with. It makes me sad.0 -
