Fontina smothered meatball sandwiches

jalapeno cheese stuffed pig in a blanket (with a veggie dog and homemade dough with whole wheat flour). pretty raunchy dinner but really good ate it with an avocado potato salad and made a smokey mustard sauce for the guys.

I bought store made whole wheat pizza dough. rolled it out and cut it into strips then tied it into knots.
put them in a pan greased with olive oil. I set them aside and let them rise for a while.
put them in the oven for about 5 minutes. took them out and added the garlic olive oil mixture
for the oil mixture i cut up like 4-5 garlic cloves olive oil, italian seasoning and salt
bake them for another 10-15 minutes or until golden brown..

Dinner last night, it was delicious, four cheese risotto, half baked tomato, salmon and summer succotash
Amazing hamburger at a new restaurant i found out in my town, my new favorite little restaurant!!
Buddha Hamburger (chicken breast, alfalfa, curry sauce, tomato, lettuce) & side salad with some kind of cranberry/balsamic dressing, simple but tasty.
