    Wow, thank you! :) I can not wait to get out of the 3s. I still have a lot of belly to lose. Front shots you can not see it as much as you would a side shot. I used to be 5' 11", but because of the scoliosis, I am now 5' 9". I also have a pretty big bone structure. I was told years ago by a doctor that I should not get under 200 because I would not look good, I would look sick. Was also told my bone structure is like a mans. (Yeah, something a GIRL wants to hear, right? haha) So, my ultimate goal is 220. :) If I think I need more, I will go for "ONEderland"... lol

    Wow you look great that is so awesome I have 80lbs to go and have not been under 200 in 30 yrs, I was in the 300's and been in the 200's for at least 6 years. I am so proud of your accomplishment and Thanks for encouraging me to press on. I just started this program 2 weeks ago
