Adding 4.5 miles to my total, bringing it to 13.5. I'm behind schedule--should be at 20 today to get to 50 by the end of the month at a steady pace. On the other hand, the 3.5-mile run yesterday was the longest I've done in a while, and it felt great!0

Back for another month - Summer is now in full-swing, so I've raised my goal for this month to 150 miles . . .
Aug.1st: 27.5 miles (*Road Cycling*)
Aug. 1st: 1.5 miles (*Running - Speed Drills*)
**Allergies along with a sinus Infection took me out for a week - Ugh !!!**
Aug. 10th - TOUGH MUDDER (Mt. Snow, VT) - 12 miles
