I don't log it but I know I burn some serious calories in an 80 degree back bedroom going at it for two-three-four hours, sweating like a Chinese factory worker, hair pulling, smacking, punching, rolling around----I just burnt a couple cals thinking about that. Haha.0

You should at least log it so it shows up on your news feed. That way you can get all of the "great workout" and "omg, Nice burn girlie". Really adds the motivation to keep going on those days your feeling lazy.....0

So this was only for a 25-30 minute quickie before he went to the gym and I made dinner, but I wore my bodymedia device and that little quickie gave me a 23 minute boost to my moderate activity for the day
This was a migraine day, that's why this is just about my only activity for the day.0 -

Abso-F'n-lutely, pun intended. You're exercising pretty hard (if you're doing it right), pure and simple. How to gauge the calories, I have no freakin clue. I think that was solved earlier with the ingestion/skin absorption part of the thread. :laugh:0
