    Omg, I jumped in on Day 2 and I did it all wrong but I still did it..

    squats 50
    push ups 10
    sit ups 20
    crunches 20
    leg raises 15
    planks 1min
    and I added in jumping jacks 50
    (completed all at one time)
    Sorry I will do Day 3 correctly....

    My thighs are still hurting from day 3. :( I've completed everything except for the squats. I'll try and knock them out before bed.

    I don't blame you taking a day if thighs are burning... Extra push ups instead?! ;)

    Legs are a little wobbly, but the biggest issue is the pushups. I am TERRIBLE at them...great form though :happy:

    I have been so sore this entire challenge! i was trying to do the ab challenge also........FAIL! thanks for keeping us going !We are going to complete this and im going to be SEXIER!

    edited to add: i switch my leg raises and push up numbers because i want too!
  • Today is day 2 of my own "34 Day Mission" so your 30 day challenge may be just the ticket. I will just have to play catch up but will start day 1 today!
