    Congratulations!!!! You look so happy. I'm just starting the 5-2 and trying to get my ideas clear. Do hope that I can emulate you ! I weigh an awesome 85kgs. would love to get to 70kg. Don't really know where to start, I'm afraid of making mistakes and then losing my courage
