Daily Calorie intake : 1200 (on weekdays) & 1400 (on weekends) I eat most of my exercise calories back.
Workouts : 5-6 days on treadmill (45 min)

I have it set to 1200, but basically every day I go two or three hundred over that. I'm losing weight, so hey.
I don't work out, besides the occasional trip to the beach/bike ride/walk with friends. :flowerforyou:

Calories: I'm trying to get in 1300 net calories. Some days I'm not too hungry and sometimes I feel starved. I tend to zig zag my calories and allow myself to get up 2500 calories on a cheat day (assuming that is within the range of maintaining a weekly deficit to lose 1/2 pound - 1 pound).

1900 calories a day for maintenance, up to 2100 for very active weeks. 1600 to lose weight. Any less and I get very bad side effects due to my activity levels. When I was just starting out I could handle 1200 / day for several months with minimal endurance cardio.0 -

I've lost 20 lbs since joining in May with a 400 calorie/day deficit. I do IF so I eat all my calories in the evening. Now that I'm down to 114 I'm going to start some heavy lifting, not for body comp. but just so I can eat more. A better shape will be an added benefit. Unfortunately, I'm one of those "special snowflakes" that can't eat much at all without gaining. I didn't realize this until I took a desk job about 4 years ago. That's when my weight went from ~100 to 134 very quickly.0 -
