    No offense, but I highly doubt most of you are wearing the proper size. Fitters at places like VS or Lane Bryant tend to add 4" to the band size, which makes you have a too-big band and too-small cups. Back in the day, before spandex, you had to add inches because people have to have room to breathe and move. Now that we use spandex in bands and they stretch, we don't need to add those inches anymore. That could be the source of a lot of your back problems! Check out this website for proper fit help (or message me). It will seriously change your life to get a bra that TRULY fits, especially a sports bra!

    i know im wearing RIGHT bra size because i was sized by Victoria Secrets and i cant wear sports bras cuz my boobs are too big for a 34 cuz im 34DD and 34 sports bras are ment for A cups NOT DDs

    Not to make you angry, but if you were fitted by VS, you are probably wearing the wrong size bra. Their method for measuring is flawed. To get the band size, they measure over your bust. This automatically adds unnecessary inches to the band & will give you the wrong size every time. The band of your bra should be just about what you measure when you snugly hold a tape measure right where the band of your bra rests. The band is what supports the weight of your breasts---not the straps. Using their method, I would be in a 38B, because my above the breasts measurement is 38" & my bust is 40". My ribcage actually measures at 33". I haven't actually tried on a 38B bra, but I know that with a band size 5" larger than my ribcage, every time I move it's going to shift around. If I were to raise my arms, I imagine that it will come up with my & my breasts would get squished in the bottom under the wire. My breasts would have no support at all--really uncomfortable.

    For a bra that fits, you need to go to a specialty bra shop or a Nordstrom's. You can look at http://www.sophisticatedpair.com/bracalculator.htm for a start on your proper size. I've been fitted twice in different places & I actually wear either a 34G or a 32H, depending on the manufacturer. You can also find plenty of good sports bras for a larger chest, you just can't get them at Victoria's Secrets.

    Well my bra fits perfictly i just went the mall to try on bra at sears and other places and my boobs were TOO SMALL to fit in DDD and TOO BIG to fit in D

    Just to pop my 2 cents in here, I worked at the top VS store in my region at the time for a little over a year, and they took training and fitting much more seriously at my store than at the other ones in the area. While a lot of VS stores have employees who don't know jack, there are qualified, well-trained bra fit specialists at many higher-grossing VS stores. The VS bra fit method does measure the band size over the bust rather than under, and they are a little overenthusiastic with suggesting "sister sizes" - I'm a 34DDD; don't tell me I can wear a 36DD because I know for a fact that I can't--but I have bras from VS that fit beautifully in the size at which I was measured.

    Yes! When I was 14 I was 5'8 and 112lbs and still had DDDs. My boobs are the only thing that never change! I'm looking into a reduction once I'm done breastfeeding.
