I plan to go horseback riding when I get to my goal weight!!! I was once told by a man that rented horses to ride on the beach, "we don't usually let people your size ride, just walk the horse". At my goal weight there will be no question about how much I weigh!!!!0

I would love to go to the mall and purchase clothes and feeling good about myself0

Looking decent in a swimsuit
Not being worried about amusement rides
Keeping up with my husband and 3 kids
Running
Being in pictures with my family without hating them
Living life to the fullest0 -
Mountain biking...in the mountains!!
Buying an awesome looking suit and looking professional in it!0 -
to fit comfortably in the driver's seat in my car
to not need for belt extension on flights
to have more cloths shopping choices and to wear more colourful ones as I keep wearing dark ones
to run and play more with my kids
to be confident and not afraid of judgment when I'm introduced to new people :ohwell:0 -
Going shopping with my girl friends and be able to pull something off the rack and buy it. Tourist shops around here never carry larger than a Large size. Even in sweatshirts.
To wrap my bath towels all the way around my body and rock it around the house like a mini dress.
To have more options for clothing purchases and have them be less expensive to boot.
To horseback ride again.
To not worry about amusement park rides and me fitting again.
To buy a cute swimsuit and feel comfortable in wearing it with no cover up.
To stop hiding from the camera. You would barely know that I am actually a part of my family since I am the picture taker always.
To be more active generally.
and most importantly to stop feeling so unconfident. I know this is on me but I also know people judge me based on how large I am. That shouldn't matter but it does to me.0 -
I know I can do all of this now, technically, but I'm really looking forward to clothes shopping, traveling, swimming and basically everything else that I love to do but will feel better about as a healthier person.
Why can't you go swimming? I weigh 340 pounds and go swimming several times a week.0 -
Run more.
Wear smaller clothes.
That's about it.
Why can't you see live theater now? Are the seats too small?0 -
I want to
- be able to climb into my boyfriend's boat
- be able to ride a bicycle
- fit into seats with arms (plane, restaurant, theatre, cinema, etc)
- ride a motorbike
- walk for miles sightseeing
- run upstairs0 -
To buy the clothes I want to wear.
Get some 12+ mile hill walks and wild camps done
not be abused in the street/cinema/shops/uni/etc for being overweight
Love myself again
Love someone else again
Generally go out and do all manner of things, from the mundane to the more exciting.
Live a little0 -

Theatre, plane and cinema seats are about 16 inches wide. 18 if you are lucky. Once your hips reach about 60 inches it is extremely painful to have the arms digging into ones hips or thighs. I reached 69 inches on my hips and when I tried to sit down in a theatre seat my hips jammed on the arms each side and I literally could not sit down, and the staff had to bring me a freestanding chair instead!0
