    I love the 24hr exercise challenge. I don't always make it but I usually exercise more because of this challenge.
    Some people are able to go way over and some don't make it but have fun trying.

    The challenge is to exercise a total of 24 hours in the month of August.

    Good think I read the whole thing, for a second I thought the challenge was to exercise 24 hours straight :laugh:

    Both of my goals have been met! This is the first time I made it over 24! I usually get exactly 24. So to get over 30 is awesome!

    Have you done the math? 30 days in a month.
    You could workout for an hour for each day= 30 hrs
    And take two rest days a week=8
    Which gives you a total of 22 hours, and those 2 other hours are so easy to get.


    Effort always seems to be "excessive" to some people. Congrats to everyone who attempted and or completed this challenge! Every effort counts.

    it's possible to do this. I hit the goal last month as well as many others on here.
