    This is the first time I have every tried to join a challenge on the site, but I will try my best :)

    This will be my first fall of really tring to exercise, but I would say a nice walk up at the cottage with the turning leaves.

    A: Walking my dogs (assuming one is not in heat at the time), and raking up ALL the leaves when the time comes to it!

    I plan on participating. Waiting on my final weigh in for August before I have any numbers to post.
    I just ordered a new scale on Amazon so I will probably wait for that to come in too because my numbers might change!

    I'm going to join in as well. I am going to wait and add my numbers on Sunday though.

    My favorite fall exercise is probably walking. I love fall weather and it's so nice to walk outside when it is finally a little cooler.

    didn't lose anything so far in August but will try for september.

    Favorite fall exercise : don't know, probably running if I can get back to it full swing after knee problems. Would love to be able to run when it isn't like a sauna outside.

    Current challenges: my weight bounces around for no reason and I can't get past the 130 lb mark. If anybody can tell me how to lose the last 13.6 lbs I would greatly appreciate it.

    165lbs on 2/1/13 when I started back on MFP

    Starting weight for this month is 125. I would like to lose 3lbs this month. I am really slowing down the closer I get to my ultimate goal of 120.

    My favorite fall exercise is walking in the early evening about an hour after dinner.

    Wow, roller skating must be fun! I haven't roller skated in a long time! :)

    Favorite fall exercise: running/eliptical and swimming if its warm enough

    I love the idea of a challenge! What an awesome way to help keep myself accountable and on track for the month. With the kids going back to school and myself back to work this month, I know things are going to get hectic and I will need all the help I can get!
