    What amazing changes you have made! Thanks for sharing specifics about what has worked for you. I like the idea of taking a break every now and then from strict calorie limiting so that you don't feel deprived. I think it's too early in my weight loss journey for me to do that since every pound lost feels like a hard-fought battle right now. I also don't think my healthier eating is exactly a habit yet. It would be too easy for a cheat day to become two, three, a week, etc. I hope that, at some point, I can eat carefree for a day and then go right back to my limited calorie intake the next day.

    We'll see how it goes. I appreciate the fact that this has taken you almost a year to accomplish. It's a good reminder that I need to be patient. Obviously, patience and perseverance pay off as your progress pics clearly show. Fabulous accomplishment!
