    Today I completed my 50 days on MFP. I lost whole 6 kgs (approx 13 lbs) during first 25-27 days only but now struggling to lose single pound in last 23-25 days, finding nothing wrong though ! Any way.............

    Just for fun: What is your favorite fall exercise? Running. Which for me is irregular intervals - mixing walking and running to keep my heart rate regular and giving recovery periods in the middle of the run/walk.

    Goal Weight: 130-140 lbs - I'm refocusing on a BF% of less than 30 and a waist that's less than 30 (currently BF at 31.5% and waist 33.5") - so whatever weight that is!!!

    I'm not sure what my favourite autumn exercise is as I'm usually a bit of a couch potato. I love running, but not in the cold and wet. I love walking - along the Prom or up a local hill - don't mind doing that in the cold and wet. Especially if I can get a coffee and a scone with jam when I'm done LOL.
