    I love to jog, although I lack the motivation to get my butt up and actually do it. Hopefully this kind of challenge will help me change that!

    Just for fun: What is your favorite fall exercise? Walking! I try to walk every day. The weather has been pretty crazy and it's been way too hot to walk outside so I'll get on our recumbent bike for 10 or 12 miles.

  • I've been on MFP for months, but I've never thought of using the message board. I've had so many failed attempts at getting to my goal weight, I am hoping, like many others, that this will serve as the necessary motivation to get me where I'd like to be. Here it goes :)

    Favorite fall exercise: running/eliptical and swimming if its warm enough
