I finished with 1017 minutes for the month of August. I pretty happy with myself for my first time. I'm going to give it another try in September.0

I took some rest days & didn't complete the time. But as always tomorrow is a new day to get it right. See you all for the September 24hr challenge.

24 hrs seems excessive to me.
It may seem excessive, but it is an attainable goal. September will be my 4th month doing it, I have only not met it once and that was missed barely.. If you stay motivated you can do it. I watch what everyone else does and it just makes me want to do more, so I am very motivated. You should give it a try!0 -
