3) Take my vitamins (I hate taking pills so I don't do so well with this)
4) Work out 4 or more days a week
My 20 year class reunion is October 5th so if I can weigh what I weighed when I graduated I'd be pretty pleased with myself!0 -

Hi everyone I am just squeaking in on this challenge.
My starting wt is 322. I have already lost 50 over 2 years. And have gained 12 lbs over the summer, (health problem, need steroids which makes me extremely hungry.
My personal goal as i have one more month of treatments which mean i get the steroids, back to my personal goal. to continue zumba three times a week, sign up for water fit and do some strength training and stretching.
Congrats to everyone who has joined, who has taken the challenge to be the biggest winner, no matter how small or large your successes are.
