    5'6.5''. Around 120 for me. Would be happy to gain if it was muscle.

    I am 5'5" and my goal is 145.... I say that, but I can't remember a time I was under 165 after puberty, even as a dancer. I reassess my goals alot, but a fit, curvy physique is what I'm really after lol.

    I am actually 5'6 1/2. I have been over weight all my life. The charts say with my large frame I should not weight over 160. I want a weight I can maintain without feeling deprived. I am shooting for 185 to 192. Also, what ever weight is required for me to not have to take BP meds which is the driving force for the journey.

    Were I am now is around my maximum weight when I was in the early 20s.

    125, but I'm also lifting heavy to maintain my current muscle, then after I'm done with fat loss, to build more muscle. So I'd be happy up to 135 as long as my BF% is around 20%

    I'm almost 5'6. I'm a teenage girl. Atm I weigh around 112, I'm aiming between 108-110. I used to weigh about 123 pounds, which was on the upper end of the scale considering my age.

    I am 5'5 and currently 135. my goal weight is 128. More interested in body fat percentage, really. I remember once upon a time I could lie on my back and feel my hip bones with no fat on them. Not true anymore...

    My goal weight is 123, but I think at this point 125 would be amazing. I was actually trying to decide if that was a realistic goal foru weight.

    I'm 24 years old and am currently sitting at 131.4 and I fee as though the scale just won't budge!

    Im 35 years old. I'm 5'6. Started in January at 208#. Currently 161. Looking to get to 145-150. My daily calories are 1500 - I am human and have "bad days" and make poor choices. I run 2-3 times a week and just joined the YMCA.
    Looking to add friends with open diaries and log consistently.

    5'6" here, the least I've ever weighed was 132 lbs, but that was really hard to maintain. I was probably only eating 900-1200 cal a day and burning at leats 500 a day. So, a healthy/maintainable goal for me is 140-150, or a size 11 pant. I'm just not made to be smaller than that. And I look freaking hot at that weight anyway.

    Hi, I'm 48 yrs and 5'5". My goal weight currently is 135. Once I'm at my goal, Ill see if I need to reveiw my goal. I have a petite frame. So every lb shows.

    Hello I am 20 and 5'6. My current weight is 136 but would love to be around the 120 mark. Was 119 a year ago today but went to Uni and unfortunately put a stone and a half on :(
  • 5"6 and about 168. I would love to be 125, but am aiming for 130. Oh to see those numbers;)

    5'5.75 here. Current weight is around 155-158 and I think I will be good at around 140. I've got a lot of muscle mass ;]

    ideal weight for me is 130.i do need to work out thou to maintain the 29 inch waist.

    I'm 62 and 5ft 6, currently 149. Was originally aiming for a BMI under 25 but now I'm there I'm aiming for between 140 and 145 - think I can maintain this; when I was younger I used to maintain about 126 but I think its probs a bit low now.x
