    You have done an amazing job. Your story (and stats) are very similar to mine. As I read your story I kept nodding and saying, "me too". I'm at the point where I just finished the C25K (today in fact, yay me) and I have Insanity lined up next, but I keep thinking it might be time to start lifting.
