    I'm in and always looking for new friends. Between this challenge, the two daily check in challenges for this month, and the Christmas weight loss challenge I joined, I think I'm good to go with motivation! :tongue:

    Self Challenge:

    1) 8 glasses of water a day!
    2) Log my food/exercise everyday
    3) Take my vitamins (I hate taking pills so I don't do so well with this)
    4) Work out 4 or more days a week

    My 20 year class reunion is October 5th so if I can weigh what I weighed when I graduated I'd be pretty pleased with myself!

    Starting weight- 229
    Goal weight- 215 (this seems a bit aggressive but I'm carrying a lot of water weight from a few too many nights out lately!)
    Self challenge- actually complete the 30 day shred program for once, beat my first 5k time at the zombie run on the 21st and actually log in everyday and continue to do so.

    Personal self-challenge for September ...................................... 100-150 squats, at least 20 minutes of physical activity, and no more than 30 carbs after 7 p.m.

    2.) 6x a week exercise. Includes 2-3x weekly weight lifting, 2x week high interval training, 4x a week yoga
    3.) once a week weigh in on Friday, not daily
    4.) goal is 1300-1500 calories a day

  • Hi everyone I am just squeaking in on this challenge.
    My starting wt is 322. I have already lost 50 over 2 years. And have gained 12 lbs over the summer, (health problem, need steroids which makes me extremely hungry.
    My personal goal as i have one more month of treatments which mean i get the steroids, back to my personal goal. to continue zumba three times a week, sign up for water fit and do some strength training and stretching.

    Congrats to everyone who has joined, who has taken the challenge to be the biggest winner, no matter how small or large your successes are.
