Lose 5 pounds a month OCTOBER 2010 CHALLENGE

I challenge you to lose 5 pounds this month. That is a little over 1 pound per week. That means by Christmas you could be almost 15 pounds lighter. Who is?

Just post your starting weight on October 1 and then post an update on your weigh-in day.
