I have what may seem like an od question, but am very interested in the 30 day shred. i was wondering how much room you need to do it. I have weights, but unfortunately i room and board, as opposed to renting a full apartment, so i realy only have ful use of a bed room... will that be enough space?
That should be plenty of room, you only need a limited amount of space. If you can do jumping jacks in your room, then you have enough space0 -
Day three completed when does it get easier ?......0

Day 2 completed - ache more today. I'm already worried about moving up to level 2 after the 10 days - will I be able to get my feet off the floor in the cardio bits by then!?!?!0

So okay here's my dilemma - I have boot camp Tues, Wed, & Friday, which is just like the 30DS and I am not sure how I should work this schedule. Any suggestions? I was thinking maybe I could try to do it in the morning before work, what you think? Hope everyone is having a great time shredding:drinker:0

I don't have much of a scale change, I'm sitting at 204. I usually weigh in on Fridays, so we'll see if there's a change then.
Keep it up everyone!! It is possible!0 -
Day 3 done - quite enjoyed it today and the cardio bits do seem to be getting easier, but the abs stuff really hurt today! I might have to have a break on Saturday as I'll be away in a hotel. Was going to take my laptop with me so I could still do it, but not sure the other residents would appreciate that!!!0

Day 4 done - it is getting a bit easier..... I suppose you're right, it's supposed to be hard otherwise it wouldn't work!! I look forward to the results...watch this space.0

Day 5 done - I had to give it a break for a few days as I was away for the weekend in a hotel. Did it as soon as I got home last night. Tough!!!!0
