    Personal goals:
    - drink 10 cups of what a day
    - do 1 unassisted pull up
    - make my goal of 4lbs lost this month
    - limit desserts and sweets!!!

    Hey Everyone,
    My weight right now is 280, and I would like my goal to be for September to get down to 260 and I would like take a walk in the morning around the river, to move more.

    Goal weight- 239 lbs (9/27/13)

    Personal goal(s)- Try to walk at least 3 times a week and keep eating clean!!!

    I'm pretty sure that I didn't sign up for nothing...I'm posting a 1.6 lb weight loss for the first week of September. For someone that's been stalled for several months now, I'd consider that to be something.... Apparently I needed that extra push of putting myself out there.

    That said, here's my first week stats:

    SW: 147.7
    GW: 143
    9/6/2013: 146.0
  • (I'm starting on a friday and I weigh on a friday so i'll tell you what I was last time I weight, around two weeks ago!)
    Starting weight- 89 kgs
    Goal weight- 82 kgs

    Personal goal(s)- Not be so negative on myself, and make sure to do some form of exercise daily, even if just going for a walk.


    9/6/13: 85 kgs - not allowing myself to get excited because it is probably water weight! Hope you're all doing well!

    hip hop abs, 6 days a week, so that will be a total challenge, as i am a total couch potato!!!

    No, didn't see that it started in 2011.... people have been participating since the end of August 2013, so it seems fine to continue.

    I started September 2013 at 164 pounds and 35% body fat.
    Currently (9/8) weight 163 & body fat 34.5%.

    Goal for Sept. 31- 160 pounds and/or 33% body fat.
    How? Run atleast 20 miles a week; Zumba once a week; yoga/pilates once a week; weight train 1-2 times a week.

    I will post again on Sept. 15th with an update.:smile:

    Well I managed 2 runs! so a disappointing week but better than nothing..

    I'm up for the challenge!

    Starting weight for September: 187.5 lbs.
    Target weight for end of September: 179 lbs.
    Challenge: Walk around Salem Lake (7 miles) once a week, no matter how much homework or housework I have to do! :tongue:

    Current weight: 186.7
    Challenge: Salem Lake walk completed on 9/1 and 9/7...2 down, 3 to go!
