    I exercise to build a deficit, which means I can eat more food.

    1. Cheaper than therapy. I get more sessions with a gym membership for the same price. ;-)

    2. The endorphin rush.

    3. Sleep better.

    4. Diabetes control.

    5. More stamina for sex.

    To get really really strong.

    Eating more is bonus, a very much appreciated bonus that comes a close 2nd to the getting strong! Since I love food and get hungry often.

    Haha the very first time I started working out with a trainer, she asked "Are you going through a breakup?" She was right! lol.
