Who's Up For A Challenge!

I was sitting here wondering how to get my eating and fitness plan a kick in the butt when I thought why not start a challenge. The challenge will be to see how much weight we can lose in 15 weeks (this will get us to the week before Christmas lol probably not thinking about that yet eh) Anyways if you are interested in joining this challenge it will start on Monday September 9, 2013 and continue for the 15 weeks. To join the challenge reply with your starting weight and a goal weight for this month. Weigh ins will be weekly. So dust off your workout gear and grab your healthy recipes and lets get started!

    Starting weight = 154
    Goal weight = 115
    Goal weight for September 30 =149
    I know it seems like I don't have much weight to lose but I am all of 5 feet tall. I "should" be weighing around 100.

    I'm like that, too. The one thing that was keeping me going before was these MFP weekly weigh-in challenge groups because I knew I had to either improve or admit that I hadn't done anything. I was losing 4-5 pounds a month when I was doing these every month, and I hope that all of us will see similar results - or results that we're pleased with - as a result of this group.
