Awesome 34 people have joined the challenge! I'm super excited to see how well we'll do! Just thought I'd ask has anyone set any goals for this week? Mine are to bring my lunch to work every day no take out (downfall at work everyone eats take out ALOT) drink more water I bought a new water bottle that holds 3 cups of water I will try to drink 4 of these a day ( not really a water drinker I'm bad for pop. I stopped drinking it before and can do it again. And last goal I will try to do some form of exercise every other day. I hope all is going well for all of you and look forward to hearing your goals for the week.0

I gave up Pop, all white breads and pastas, and all junk!! I have a treat meal about every 6 weeks or so. High Protein, low-carb diet is working for me!!0

I lost 9 pounds in 3 weeks last month with a lot of lifestyle changes, if I burn 600 calories a day through activity (I am a very active person) I will probably be able to meet my goal of losing 2 pounds per week and weigh 191.5 by the end of September. Everyone wish me luck!0 -

My goal is to get more cardio in. At least 30 minutes a day.
I have been focusing on strength training and weights a lot recently.
But I went on a hike this weekend and realized that skipping my cardio has affected my ability to really put my all into hiking, so I need to do more of it, even though I find it so boring. Lol0 -

Hello everyone.
Hope you are having a wonderful Tuesday. Pulled some muscles in my back. Which are a huge reminder of why the weight needs to come off and my core needs to get stronger.
Not sure if I will get to work out but I am going to the gym to at least lay in the hydrobed and relax this back muscle. Eating has been fine today, so I am really going to stay on track during this challenge.
I have some really cute fall tops that need to fit me as the weather is getting cooler. So no time to gain weight.
Somewhere I missed a day..and now my ticker is at 5 days. So that is good motivation to keep going. Get it back up to 155 and beyond. Also resetting my pounds lost to 0. I want a 100% fresh start.0 -
