    I absolutely LOVE breakfast....so here are 2 of this week's recipes.

    1) Cauliflower Corned Beef Hash: 328 cals, 23g Carbs, 14g Fats, and 28g Protein

    2) Today I made salted "caramel" apple protein pancakes! The caramel sauce is made from dates, nuts and a few other ingredients. I think its probably better than a bunch of sugar and heavy whipping cream. 304 cals, 33g Carbs, 8g Fats, 25g Protein

    I find you don't have to be precise with the measurements and you can add things such as desiccated cocunut, raisins etc. On those shown in the picture I used ground oats and smooth peanut butter so it's more like fudge. I also melted a bar of dark chocolate over the top because well why not?!
