Preacher curls and press behind neck
  • The bench. I've seen far more progress on squats and deadlifts, but there's something incredibly satisfying about a new bench PR. Also, afterwards I get the same wonderful feeling I get from a capsaicin overdose, so there's that too.

SNATCH!! as all time favourite - lifting heavy **** from floor to above your head.. how can you not love that!! especially from hanging position.. priceless!!
Kb swing as a very close second!!
burpees (as i just have the proper form down n feel like im flying when im doing them.. instead of dieing like normal)
and also rather love hand stand pressups and ring dips!!

If only one, it would be Deadlifts. Squats are a close second, and I like split squats as well.

Leg press! Probably because I can do reasonably well on it, and the feeling the next day is incredible, sore, but incredible!

    Squats. Greatest test of strength.
Watching "The View" I think is a greater test of strength.

    Just getting into lifting, but
Deadlifts are my favourite, maybe because I made such progress, and can lift more than my bodyweight.
    Steady state cardio - swimming.
    HIIT - probably the treadmill

Hang, clean & press - because it makes the gym chatterboxes keep their distance.

    Compound: OHP
Iso: Skullcrushers (about as close to an isolation movement as I get)
    HIIT: Bag work
Steady state: Walking/NEAT (I don't really do any dedicated ss cardio)

Front Squats! Deadlift is a close second...

I also like bench pressing, but I'm not going to do that until I can do some legit push-ups.

I'm a newbie to lifting and strength training, but I'm loving squats.

I also love how planks make me feel, that deep soreness, but I hate doing them.

I've just discovered that I love running, slow running, but I love it.

favourite lifts: squat, deadlift, bench, pendlay row (sorry OHP nothing personal  )

favourite cardio: skating; hiking/hill walking (or any walking for that matter but fast walking is more fun than ambling along); stair running/walking (up and down 2 at a time)

favourite sports: ice hockey, martial arts (haven't done either of these for ages though, but want to start up again)

    I don't think I have a favourite isolation lift.
