I know what you mean:laugh: The last time my chiro sent me to get a massage for my neck and shoulder problems the poor therapist ..... We did manage to get the massage done and it certainly helped.
September 17: 6.25 miles I'm really not sure how it was this far.... I took a short morning walk and then I got on the treadmill after work and apparently just zoned out while the news was on.
September total : 88.5 miles

Biked 10 miles today on the stationary bike.

This is why I like the bicycle. It took an hour to get four more miles. Treadmills suck! At least I can use a treadmill while at work. OK. I'm done with my whining. :-)
LOLOL! Thanks for the laugh this morning! I hear you and share your pain! That's got to be nice having the TM at work for when you can't get outside though. I do have one at home in case I don't feel like going to the gym or braving the elements here so I really have no excuse not to be able to move my @ss. Ever.

@ Sufferlandrian - that's why it's nicknamed the Dreadmill
4 mile hike with the dogs today for me.
Yes, that! The Dreadmill! Some days are much moreso than others. Most of the time I don't mind it.0 -

@JTH11706 and @Darkrider42 - LOL :-) I had never heard it called that before. I'll have to remember that. :-) Yes, it's kind if nice. I work 14 - 72 hour shifts so we keep an elliptical, a "Dreadmill", a weight set and I keep my second bicycle in a trainer at work. I'd be about 5 1/2 feet and about 400 pounds if I didn't have some way to exercise.0

@Mandy'smom - Why is it that 10 miles on a stationary bike feels like 25 miles on a regular ride? I'm not saying, I'm just saying. :-)0 -

I have *NO* idea but it surly feels long. Not to mention, my backside gets pretty sore on a regular bike vs stationary and I'm not sure why..0
