I think I am going to change my goal though bc as of today I weighed in at 258.6!!
New end Sept goal is 2570 -
Hit the gym. Burned over 400 calories. Stopped for lunch aft Qdoba. Did naked chicken bowl.no rice, cheese or sour cream. Had guacamole added. 325 calories 11 grams of fat. It was good. Now home to shower and off to work.0

I would like to join. If I can just keep from gaining during this period it will be a victory. Holidays are my downfall.

Let's do this!!I was sitting here wondering how to get my eating and fitness plan a kick in the butt when I thought why not start a challenge. The challenge will be to see how much weight we can lose in 15 weeks (this will get us to the week before Christmas lol probably not thinking about that yet eh) Anyways if you are interested in joining this challenge it will start on Monday September 9, 2013 and continue for the 15 weeks. To join the challenge reply with your starting weight and a goal weight for this month. Weigh ins will be weekly. So dust off your workout gear and grab your healthy recipes and lets get started!

Better late than never? I actually kicked myself in the butt on Sep 9 and have been doing ok.
