Hey guys I have an idea... why dont we do weekly weigh in's to kinda give everyone that kick in the tush that we all need when we are feeling lazy????
My starting weight is 202.8 :sad:

I've actually lost 30lbs so far (since March) but I've hit a major plateau. I count calories, exercise everyday, and still nothing. My goal is to lose another 15 (20 would be ideal) by X-Mas. Any suggestions how to get over this?0

Happy Friday fellow goal setters. I'm checking in to report that I have lost 2.2 lbs this week.
I have 17.8 lbs to go!! That is a total of 37 lbs over the past year of up and down dieting.

Would sure love to see myself 20lbs slimmer. That would be a great Christmas gift for myself. 30 lbs would be even better. Just have to eat in moderation during the holiday season and exercise. Hoho!0
