I have some collage type photos of my journey on my profile but they cut off when I post them here.
    SW 245lbs
    CW 157.6
GW 155 (but I am 90% certain I will change that to 145lbs)

Wow there is some great inspiration here! I have lost 200+. I have never posted a photo in the forum but I think my images are public. :)

Here is my wee success pic.

The on the left I weight 50 lbs more and as in New Zealand ( yay ). The one on the right, I weight 50 lbs less and am in my dirty bathroom ( boo).

I don't see too much of a difference but I am willing to accept that change has definitely occurred. And I kind of love my badass Supernatural t-shirt :)

And for fun, a trip in the Way Back Machine. At 19 years old, and 40 years old, in the same costume. I weigh a good 20+ pounds more now.

You have taken my fears away that at 26 I will never have my 19 year old bod back. Fantastic effort! Well done!

More recent, the bottom row is me at 118. Top part is 250 lbs, 205.5 lbs, 220 lbs, and 185 lbs.

I'm 5'1.5 just counting calories, working out and now trying to eat as clean as I can with a husband who refuses to jump on board with me. Been at this for 2 year's steady come tomorrow.

Anyone can. Its hard but doable. Calorie deficit and lifting and a bit of cardio.
