How do you distract yourself on the treadmill?

I usually watch Netflix (revenge!!) on my ipad while I'm on the treadmill. What does everyone else do to make the time go by faster?

Music is essential for me. Without music I have a really hard time running for as long as I would with it. Some songs just really get me going. The other day at one point I ran at varying speeds to "Beast and the Harlot" - Avenged Sevenfold and it was the best part of my workout.0

I listen to music but my other half is talking about putting a tv above the treadmill!! Yay!0

I pop in my earbuds and jam out to the music. Usually (and this will sound weird), but I concentrate on my problems and unresolved issues in my life and it actually helps because I'm focused on that rather than my running. Hope this helps.0

Music - either ipod or video clips on the tv (that I cant actually see lol)0

At my gym the treadmills are next to the free weights section....nuff said!!!0

T.V. off , Bluetooth Headset On, Tunes cranked up!, Ready........ Set......... Go!!! :drinker:0
