I maintained at 115 this week. For the second week in a row I did not meet my side goal.
This week my goal is going to be to maintain again. My side goal is to get to the gym 4 times this week.

I know it doesn't look like I did any good this month, but I'm actually pretty happy with this number for one reason.
My TOM adds 3-4 lbs. water weight every month, so though the scale says 204.4 I believe without the water it would be 201.4.
