Fiber One Chocolate Chip Brownie! I love these things and they are only 90 calories. I really love the Chocolate Fudge Brownies too. Whenever I want something sweet or dessert, I pull out one of these.0

Homemade stuffed pepper soup with brown rice- manna from heaven. I made a batch on Sunday and will be feasting all week! A close second would be my cottage cheese and apple butter breakfast.
It's on Skinnytaste.com. I also really love stuffed peppers, but they are a lot of work. This soup is simple, clean, and quick and tastes just like stuffed green pepper in a bowl! Highly recommended.0 -
Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal for breakfast:
1/2 c quick oats
1/2 c pumpkin
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 packets of Splenda
216 calories, 44 carbs, 7 fat, 8 protein, 10 fiber, and 166 sodium
I've also made this many times with a scoop of vanilla protein powder if I needed more protein during the day to meet my macros. I didn't need it today, so didn't add it!0 -
