My breakfast coffee cup "cake"
1/4 c oats
1 raw egg
1 tsp. brown sugar
16 blueberries
splash of milk
dash of cinnamon
Blend.
Microwave 2 min, turn out from coffee cup into a bowl and add a drizzle of Cary's sugar free syrup.
SO good.
What kind of oats? Sounds tasty.

OOH.... So going to try that!
For me it was my Quinoa with brown sugar, cinnamon, splash of milk and sliver almonds stopped with 1/2 banana sliced0 -

1.5 avocado and 1 tomato diced in small cubes and stirred with garlic powder, salt & pepper. It's like a little mix between guacamole and salsa to me. I used a red bell pepper to scoop it up (and used a spoon once the bell pepper was gone )0

Homemade roasted red pepper-tomato soup (we got a Vitamix over the weekend!) [I just used the Trader Joe's version for the calorie tracker.]
4 Roma tomatoes
4-6 cherry tomatoes (this is what we had on hand)
3-4 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
-- quarter the tomatoes, cut the onion into wedges and give the garlic a good smack to smash it. Toss all of the above in olive oil, sea salt, pepper and oregano, then arrange on a cookie sheet in the oven. Roast at 425 for 10 minutes then reduce the oven tempt to 350 for another 20 minutes - everything should have crisp bits and a nice toasty aroma.
Dump your roasted veg in the blender, add 2 celery stalks, 1 whole roasted red pepper (I buy them in jars packed in water), a handful of fresh basil leaves, and 3 cups of chicken stock. Blend until smooth and creamy. (On the Vitamix, use the 'hot soup' setting - the olive oil will emulsify and give the soup a creamy texture without any added cream.) If you're not using a Vitamix, then heat on the stove or in the microwave until hot.0 -
