I made cassolette last night (french pork and beans) and it turned out great. Protein 35g/Fat 9g/Carbs 28g. I added it to the website if anyone wants the recipe.0

Mash (200g potatoes weighed raw) made with cream (25ml single/half and half [?]) and mixed with leek and cabbage fried in 10g butter; cod loin baked in the oven; a big old portion of broccoli.
(487 calories, 58g carbs, 15g fat, 37g protein)
It was so yum - the cream isn't even that many calories and makes all the difference!0 -

Grand Lux Cafe Margherita pizza (tomato, basil and fresh mozarella) for lunch. Their mini (tapas) size is about 340 cals. Very fresh, very filling and absolutely delicious!!0

I love cheese and crackers. So far the ones that work best for me are Kashi Heart to Heart Original Whole Grain crackers (they taste like Triscuits, but they're made with Plant Sterols) and Babybel mini gouda cheese.

I made turkey burgers last week to freeze, and I cooked one for dinner. Topped with a slice of cheddar cheese, a tablespoon of light sour cream, and a good amount of salsa. Mmmmmmm. I was really impressed with myself! I put barbecue sauce in the burger, and that made all the difference as compared to my last batch.
Also for lunch I had some strawberries and blueberries with a little bit of yogurt. That was fantastic. And then breakfast included a piece of toast with peanut butter and bananas. And then I just ate pudding and it was wonderful.0 -
Today my housemate made vegan, sugar free chocolate mousse using avocado as the base with strawberries, macadamias and frozen raspberries.
