Technically, bacon is cured, smoked, pork belly. I'm not a huge bacon fan, though. I'd rather just make squirrel stew. (I did not know squirrels were called "tree pigs" tho)0 -

My favorite way to enjoy my meaty lifestyle is to have a BIG breakfast on a weekend that consists of scrapple, bacon, and Canadian bacon with a dash of egg and a piece of bread or something similar. Doesn't happen as often as I'd like, but that is because I eat all the bacon before the weekend and don't wanna get dressed to go buy more bacon! :sad:
