I either add fruit or make my own vanilla yogurt by adding vanilla extract and a packet of Stevia.0

Fruit, cinnamon and chia seeds - delicious!0

Add in one half tsp honey and one tsp or two of cocoa powder. Tastes like pudding. Also good with a ground flaxseed.0

My go-to breakfast is:

Mix it all around and I swear it tastes sort of like a mcflurry.0 -
Mix with salmon instead of using mayo in a salmon salad.
Spread onto a cracker.
Veggie dip, just add a little Indian spices such as cumin, turmeric, etc.
Do not blend with nutella, sorry, that's a note to myself, because it's really good!0 -
I mix in some honey, jam, cut-up cherries, or Kashi Crunch cereal in there.0

I mix in fruit or berries. It's still got a bit of a tang to it, so you can also add a bit of sugar as well.0

I've used it as a sour cream substitute in chili and on baked potatoes.
I also add peanut butter and a little honey or agave and make a fantastic dip with it (tastes like peanut butter cheesecake)
I add granola and fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey.
Add a tablespoon of preserves or jam...
Possibilities are endless, really.0 -

I've found the flavoured Stevia at Super 1 Foods or Yokes...both in Idaho. I'm sure any grocery store that has a good organic section would carry them or order them for you. Sweet Leaf is the brand I like.0

I found this recipe on here from someone else, sorry i don't remember who, and it was really good!
4 chicken breast/thighs (boneless skinless)
1c.- 1 1/2c. of Plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese (I use the 2% it's only 45 calories)
1 tsp Garlic
1/2 tsp slap ya mama (cajun season)
1 tsp season all
1/2 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 400
In a medium sized mix bowl, mix together your yogurt, cheese, and seasonings. Once you have that all mixed together, have a casserole dish ready and coat your chicken nice and thick with the mixture. Put in oven and cook till chicken is done.0 -

I add about 1 packet Splenda and a splash of vanilla extract/any extract you prefer for every 1/2 cup of plain nonfat Greek Yogurt.
It sorta reminds me of cheesecake...0 -
*Add a spoonful or two of sugar free/fat free instant pudding
*Add some thawed fruit (love triple berry blend) and a packet of Splenda0 -
So many great ideas here! I never would have thought of peanut butter. I'm going to pick up some tomorrow.0
