    I woke up this morning feeling fat, fat, fat. Sometimes it is hard for me to 'see' my weight loss, even though I don't have that much left to lose. Doing a comparison pic always helps! Check it out and post yours!

    you look wonderful!!

    i take a face pic at least once a month, just for this exact reason. it's apples to apples and really helps me see how far i've come when i get discouraged.

    I believe you have to resize the picture right from the photo sharing site you use to post it. In Photobucket, for example, you would click the picture, click Edit, and then Resize.

    Ahhh...the Face Comparison.

    My boyfriend showed a picture of me from June to our neighbor who just moved in a couple months ago. She looked at me like, WTH? I didn't realize it until I pulled up the pic I took last week and compared the pic on his phone to the one on my phone of how much my face has changed. I don't have access to the before pic because my bf is at work right now. But that is the first time I realized that I REALLY lost weight.

    BTW - those that have posted - you look fantastic!!

    I am at work so I can't show mine. However, my before and after are in my profile. I was 245 in June 2011 and weigh 150 now.
