    I didn't have that great of a week this last week, so I'm hoping to stay motivated this week and work my butt off!

    Good job challange participants! It inspires me to see people make progress to their goals.

    I maintained at 115 this week. For the second week in a row I did not meet my side goal.

    This week my goal is going to be to maintain again. My side goal is to get to the gym 4 times this week.

    Here's my weigh in results for week one

    Starting weight 308.2
    Week One WI weight 305.4 down 2.8 pounds :))))

    Week 2 WI 304.4 down 1 pound wanted more but hey I'll take it better then going up 1 :)

    So tomorrow brings week 3 weigh in and the end of September. Please weigh in with your week 3 weights and whether or not you met you goal for September or not. Also Tuesday starts the month of October so we will need to post our end goal weight for the end of October as well. I hope everyone is doing fantastic and can't wait to see the results of all your hard work:)

    I know it doesn't look like I did any good this month, but I'm actually pretty happy with this number for one reason.
    My TOM adds 3-4 lbs. water weight every month, so though the scale says 204.4 I believe without the water it would be 201.4.
