    Buffalo Deviled eggs, fresh pineapple, and coffee.

    Coffee with 2tbsp creamer
    Mint tea
    Paleo Banana Muffin (almonds, bananas, eggs, baked good deliciousness. more about the deliciousness than paleoness)
    Plain full fat yogurt

    My typical breakfast:

    4 scrambled egg whites
    1oz fresh avocado (scrambled with the eggs)
    3 mission extra thin corn tortillas
    On The Border salsa
    1 cup watermelon
    1 cup blackberries
    1/2 cup of raspberries
    1/2 cup of blueberries

    The fruit changes from time to time but this is usually it. Sometimes I don't have any avocados either and sometimes its toast instead of tortillas.

    I love seeing everyones breakfast.

    Oatmeal mixed with my protein powder and a cup of coffee.

    I never thought to try that, does it taste good? I need some alternatives to fueling my workouts. I notice if it is not balanced I feel during.

    2 eggs
    2 bacon
    About 1/2 cup of onions, green peppers, red peppers

    But today I mixed it up and had 8oz of snapple with it too lol.
