And a nice big bowl of Cheerios and skim milk.

1 scoop pumpkin seed protein powder

1 dash cinnamon.
All thrown in a bowl and eaten like cereal. Mmm!

i love breakfast foods i would eat them all day! i like seeing other peoples breakfasts to get some ideas.
yesterday i make pancakes, had 3 with maple syrup banana slices and pb on them.
today i had 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1/2 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tbsp pb. delish and very filling.
other favorite breakfasts are egg cheese and avocado on bagel or whole wheat bread, breakfast burritos (scrambled egg, avocado, salsa, fake sausage, peppers, onion, mushrooms, sour cream, cheddar cheese in a tortilla), oatmeal with applesauce and cinnamon mixed in, or cereal like honey bunches of oats, captain crunch or life with fruit slices. cottage cheese is always a good choice too with salt and pepper and a side of fruit.

Oatmeal mixed with my protein powder and a cup of coffee.
I never thought to try that, does it taste good? I need some alternatives to fueling my workouts. I notice if it is not balanced I feel during.
