    One slice of toast topped with two eggs over medium and two slices of bacon.

    And a nice big bowl of Cheerios and skim milk.

    All about 525 calories. Yum.

    Multigrain Cheerios w/ 1 cup 0.5% skimmed milk.

    I have tried to do cereal but it just leaves me feeling hungrier 20 minutes later. Everytime!!

    Me too! And I want to eat about 4 cups of it...fill the bowl up! It's too calorically dense for how little you get. :(

    Fruity granola bowl

    1 cup blackberries from frozen, dethawed and bubbling from the microwave
    1 apple, cut in to small chunks
    1/2 cup quinoa granola (mmm so goood)
    1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1 scoop pumpkin seed protein powder
    4 drops caramel creme stevia
    1 dash cinnamon.

    All thrown in a bowl and eaten like cereal. Mmm!

    One farmed organic egg whipped with pico de gallo and fresh green chili salsa, I micro it so I dont have to fry it. With avocado on wheat rounds.

    i love breakfast foods i would eat them all day! i like seeing other peoples breakfasts to get some ideas.

    yesterday i make pancakes, had 3 with maple syrup banana slices and pb on them.

    today i had 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1/2 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tbsp pb. delish and very filling.

    other favorite breakfasts are egg cheese and avocado on bagel or whole wheat bread, breakfast burritos (scrambled egg, avocado, salsa, fake sausage, peppers, onion, mushrooms, sour cream, cheddar cheese in a tortilla), oatmeal with applesauce and cinnamon mixed in, or cereal like honey bunches of oats, captain crunch or life with fruit slices. cottage cheese is always a good choice too with salt and pepper and a side of fruit.

    damn i want breakfast now!! oooh or a greek omelette.

    I never thought to try that, does it taste good? I need some alternatives to fueling my workouts. I notice if it is not balanced I feel during.

    yes oatmeal with chocolate protein powder is the best!
