    I'm off to a great start. Did the Paint Spencer Pink 5K yesterday, 50 minutes walking with a friend who just had a double mastectomy in September. We had to stop and rest several times so she could catch her breath, including one stop at a C-store for a Dr. Pepper. It was a great time even with the 40° temp and rain.

    October:
    Walking--16.70 miles
    Biking--37.00 miles
    Total--53.70 miles
