Hi Everyone -
I hope everyone did better than me this week. I exercised a lot but I partied this weekend and there went the by by weight I lost. I will do better this up and coming month.

I didn't make my September number for myself but I am back to business today.

Total lost 6.6 pounds
Didn't hit my goal for September was short 3.4 pounds
Just makes me want to step it up and keep at it. Thanks for all the encouragment it means a lot
October goal 8 pounds down to bring me to 293.6

I met my goal of maintaining this week! Also met my goal of getting to the gym at least 4 times!
My October goal is to continue to maintain. My other goal is to improve my eating habits.
