    My goal is to feel as great as I feel right now.

    In about twelve weeks is Christmas (sorry, guys, but it's true).

    Thus far, when I've followed my caloric and exercise guidelines, I have lost weight at the rate that MFP said I would. With the last 10 pounds, I have set my goals to lose .5 pounds a week. That means by Christmas I could be roundabouts 4 pounds from m my goal! That would be a wonderful Christmas gift! But, if not, that's okay too.

    57 lbs would be nice to hit 200, but i will be happy with 20-30lbs

  • Lose the last 10 baby weight pounds and be ready for my beach christmas get away.

  • 25 pounds. that's a little over 2 lbs a week. if i eat clean and work hard, this goal should be easy to reach.

    i hope we all get the best xmas present ever: reaching our goals.

    to be back on track again with my food and exercise...this.is.2nd week of restart...down 4 ls would love to lose another 20 but would be accepting of another 17lbs.........staying motivated in tough periods so hard....was.gutted to gain weight but it done and time to move on...Hi.all

    Crap! Christmas is that close?!?

    My goal is to maintain, not gain, through the holidays. I will do this by logging my food, and exercising at least 4 days a week. I will enjoy holiday treats, in moderation. On the actual holiday, Thanksgiving and Christmas, I will allow cheat days, but try to stay reasonable. I will get back on track the day after and work my goals again.

    Completing ChaLean Extreme by Dec 23rd which will mean I followed the entire program start to finish no skipping days no slacking off.. and hopefully get rid of this pesky last piece of back fat so I can wear this gorgeous backless dress for the holidays

    Hahaha, in years past! Unless the first Monday in January was an odd numbered day, then you start on the 15th, as long as that ins't a Tuesday or Thursday. ;)

    I'd love to lose 12lbs by Christmas. Already lost 2lbs. Need it to be slow and steady :-) TBH as long I loae something I'll be content. I need more support though so always looking for mfp friends
